Due to high order volumes we have had to purchase our own insulated shipping boxes. Previously we were able to satisfy all of our shipping needs with insulated boxes leftover from incoming freight.
In an order to defray the cost of the boxes, we will add an $8 box fee on Dec. 1, 2005 to all shipped orders. The box fee is in addition to the shipping fee. You will still find our total shipping charges are cheaper than the bigger name companies.
We'll offer an option to those who want to recover some of the cost of their box fee. If the empty insulated box is returned to us (in a usable condition), you will receive the $8 fee back in a gift voucher to be used on your next order. You can return it using the cheapest shipping method available.
Also do not forget that MAAST members get free shipping on orders over $50 (box fee is not included on free shipping). The code is MAAST_MEMBER. We reserve the right to verify membership on all orders.
