so I did not know you needed surgery to have the reef bug removed, so when you get out of surgery, if the first question is: Do you like reef tanks? and if you say Yes, do they take you back in for a "re do" ??? LOL

take care David, God bless

and I'll be there to help get the tank out, not sure on delivery, need set time, Jaded send me a pm with times please

My place (3438 Buttereleigh) at 11:00am then to Angela and Jeff's place directly. I'm sure we can make it in one trip if we have a few vehicles involved. If anyone has tubs, ice chests, etc. that would be a great help.

Angels & Jeff... Please remember to make a bunch of water

Hey Everybody... We need all the help we can get. I more ways then one :blink We have never moved a tank like this before. ALL HELP IS WELCOME.

We have a 34 gal bucket we can bring to move water in and we have 2 X 20 gal tubs we can have water ready here. Do you think that would be good or should we buy another transport bucket ? If ya'll want us to pick up the cart from Carl we can, if he can not make it. We have never met Carl but would love it. Let us know.

Our address is 554 W. Broadview . This is off Bandera inside 410...
We will have the Pizza HOT and the Beer COLD. :w00t

If there is someting else we need to get ready let us know we are newbees :huh

Thanks,

Jeff and Angela

I don't think you can transport all that water in the 34ga, well you can make a lot of trips, but I'll get expensive
you need lots of buckets, I'll bring all the ones I have, and try to pick up some more
I'll take it you guys don't have a RODI water system??
get one, It will be a very good investment
Jaded can help with most of the insigths, and all of maast will always help

I have a couple of ice chests but nothing big... I also have a rubbermaid tub, maybe two and a trash can I use for top off water but I still think we will need more containers or loads of mixed water.

I hate to see my tank go but thanks for all the offers for help... this is truly a great group of people!!!

[quote="seamonkey2"]so I did not know you needed surgery to have the reef bug removed, so when you get out of surgery, if the first question is: Do you like reef tanks? and if you say Yes, do they take you back in for a "re do" ??? LOL

The funny thing Seamonkey is when I discovered that I survived and had no leaks :lol I was lying there reading up on what to buy next. The nurse comes in and says" Oh do you like saltwater tanks" I explained that I was still trying to learn. She then sits down and tells me about her ex-boyfriend and his love for the hoppy. How he used o frag his corals. She talked for about 20 minutes. Everytime she came in she would talk about saltwater stuff. I really thought that I had died and gone to heaven. :o

I am home and a little sore but pain medicine is my friend :skeezy
