I hope they put in real corals...I saw the one at the Shedd aquarium in Chicago, and it had all this fake painted concrete stuff...the small tanks had invertebrates and were lovely however.

yea that'll be quite the road trip. i map quested it to see how far it is. from the house its 999.3 miles and it'll take 15hrs 1min. not too bad....

ONLY 15 HOURS?!?!? wow, i took a bus trip to N.O.L.A. (when it was actually there) and it was a bit over 10hours... downside... its a bus for crying out loud! and the bathroom issue... and the fact that the group (not me!) started drinking even BEFORE we got on the road... so i had to sleep through a bunch of drunks... wah wah

How much zooplankton do you have to grow to keep 2 whale sharks alive? Holy Mysids batman. I'm guess they don't grow brine shrimp in 2 liter coke bottles like I do. I wonder if whale sharks are they reef safe. :)

I tried to go to the Dallas aquarium about 2 years ago. I got lost. never found it so we just headed home. (i think we had really crappy directions and I have never trusted map quest since.)
