Hey man,

This is the same manufacture I PM you on. It sounds a little different in the bulb configuration but I do have the external balast as well. Mine has an internal balast for each T5 and the external is for the Metal Halide.

I had a 24" JEBO T-5 HO setup and it stinks. it doesnt have the individual reflectors which is needed for T-5s.

alright well everyone has been talling me that they are crap so i guess i will just wait until i find a good deal on some good lights. thanks everyone

I would wait on clams and hard corals man,...slow down..let your tank age a bit..
