Skimmer?

Since I've never really ran a good skimmer, I've got some questions.

I think someone was talking about a skimmer that hooks up to the drain of the tank and only uses a pump to inject the bubbles or something like that, does anyone know what kind of skimmer that is?

I've currently got 2 pumps to use for my new system, Mag12 and a GenX Mak4(1200gph pressure pump I believe). Will either of these be enough to run a skimmer big enough for a 200gal?

I've currently got a Berlin that isnt doing crap(I think I need a bigger pump), is there any way to modify this to make it work better?

That sounds like one of the new recirculating style skimmers from Euroreef and ASM has a kit that can be added to do the same. Check with Captexas (Chris), he has one of these because I'm not sure if it requires a sump or not. I believe they have models for both but don't want to swear to that.
