i have worms!!! is this good or bad? where did they come from? how do i get rid of them or how do i get more?

You have to be more specific, what do they look like, where are they? Do a search for worms, look at pictures and try to decipher what they are. This website and the internet is full of information.

you can see these worms in the sand up against the glass. there maybe 1/4 inch long and they look like they have black lines down the middle.
