Man, those guys know what true customer service is. I ordered 100 snails from them, but only recieved 77 snails, well, they sent the 23 plus free shipping, no questions asked! Every single snail arrived alive and started cleaning as soon as i put them in the tank...Awesome communication, the cheapest prices on cleaning crews, FAST over night shipping, simply the best, Ill be doing my cleaning crew shopping with fragsncrabs from now on!! 2 thumbs up! 8)

Man I'm happy you got taken care of, I ordered a Nano clean up package and had two DOA crabs and still after many emails, have had no relief. Maybe my order wasn't big enough to correct the problem. That is good to hear you were satisfied with them, I for one wasn't......

i've been getting a bit of the ole' run around from them lately as well, i'm trying to be patient due to their stock being threatened in the recent storms, and i understand there has been a change in "management"

yeah, but s..t happens, LOL..many places would have said "uh..we counted them man, and we got 100, tough luck"..they fixed the problem right away, IMO, they did an awesome job..

I just got a order in this morning (Friday). I woke up to find the package on my doorstep at 8:30! Not sure exactly what time LOS delivered it but thumbs up on that. Everything looked fine, except for a DOA green clown goby. They pm'd me back quick and next time I place a order they will ship one for free! All the snails I recieved looked healthy, along with the 2 shrimp. I will definatly place a order through them again soon....

I'm still waiting on mine. I too ordered last night and was expecting it to get here this morning but nothing yet. I'm not sure if they went through SA first and on way to Austin now! Anyone from Austin know expected deliveries for LSO? The tracking on the LSO website isn't the greatest.
