Does anyone know where you can get 55 gallon food grade barrels? Need them with top still and be sealable. Any idea on cost?
Thanks,
John

the barrel guy north of SA on 281 (about 5 miles)

He has a variety of styles and costs. I think the 55's start at around $20-$25

If I had the cash I'd join you... I've got a killer top off system waiting for a couple of barrels to be put together

I need 2 barrels before i can set up the top off system I have planned. I have a pump that allows you to adjust very accurately how much water it pumps per hour. It is capable of very slow pumping and is perfect for a flood resistant system which is important for me becuase I'm absentminded and easily distracted... Im sorry what were we talking about? so anyway the bird fly south in the winter, wait... what?

oh yeah... need a couple of barrels for my topoff

if they are "pumper" barrels I'd be interested as I need a few for my Biodiesel stand pipe tanks.
