Okay, another CBB question. B vitamins. How much, when and how. B12.? B complex? Mixed in food? Thanks in advance. TimG

I think it's a real good idea to take B vitamins; they're good for stress and joint health. Probably I'd avoid putting them in the tank, though!

Just feed well; you could put a split open mussel in the tank from time to time; they'll love that.

It is vitamin B6 that stimulates the appetite, but I use a B complex vitamin though because that is all I have. Using one adult dose per 50 gallons a few minutes before feeding got my cleaner wrasse and copper band to start eating. It doesn't take long for them to start eating.

Thanks Thunderkat and Matt, thats what I was needing. My beautiful CBB is eating mussels and gets some selco soaked Brine shrimp as a treat twice a week. It nibbles at the remaining aptaisias and has totally eliminated ALL of the tubeworms in its tank. I had heard B vitamins mentioned before but nothing specific. These fish are especially endearing to me for some reason.
Thanks again for the tip.
