dwarf volitain question

so i get to keep my 29 gallon tank, since i managed to do a few service calls and get up the money i needed. i also sold a backup tank i had for a little extra cash, so everythings gravy now :D

my question is this:

i know my percs and dottyback will have to go, but what about the sailfin blenny i got? are there any other small predator fish i can get, like maybe an angler? i have a 30" 29g that i want to set up as a predator tank.

the tank has been going for 6 months now, ammonia, nitrite/trates are all at 0, pH is sittin at 8.1, salinity at 1.022, temp at 79f.

do these params look good for a drawf volitan?

also, how much precaution should i take when rearranging stuff in the tank while the volitan is in it? i know a bud of mine was stung by a drawf and his whole hand went numb. i just want to know what im getting into before i actually buy it. thanks!

why? you can put them in with the percs.

want something cool get you a small trigger and let it grow but keep in mind you will have to get rid of it eventually.

the percs are going to a friend on loan for a tank i set up for her. would a small trigger + volitan be ok, even tho i have to get rid of the trigger eventually?

dude i had 2 lions small with a 3 triggers the lions got eaten by my eels after about 5 6 months

i have had a lion with triggers and they picked his fins really bad.

You cant put lions with clowns. Lions will eat anything they an fit in their mouths..unless you have an anemone, but you would still be risking your clowns. Talk to Christina (C.Mydas), she had some of the coolest lionfish ive ever seen, she knows a lot about them too..shes the person you should ask..

dude do you know how busy hes been lately? the last week or so ive been giong to work, he hasnt been there and just gets there as im leaving. ill ask him once hes not as busy :P
