thanks pete! Man that table saw fence is awesome! I can knock out the teeth for a 20" overflow in about 10 mins. Awesome.

Nice, I like the built in router. Do you cut the teeth with a jig or by sight.

lol...thanks guys. I clean it after every use. I dont like it the dirty look. The teeth I cut with a flush trim bit but I use the table saw fence as my guide. I just mark a line about 1" down from the top so I can see my stopping point then I route a tooth, then move the fence over 1/2" and repeat. What's funny is i was told to use a 60-80 tooth blade and I used a cheap 40 tooth delta blade to cut my acrylic. There wasnt any chipping at all, then I just went and cleaned the edges with the router. Hopefully I get the new Grizzly 8x75 4 Blade Jointer within the month. We'll see.

Here is the forty with the new back. Just waiting for the glue to dry so I can install the bulkheads for the drain, returns, and CL then it's off to constructing the cabinet and also a mini dual chamber Calcium Reactor and completion of my skimmer.

Thanks guys.
My miter saw is actually on the floor out of the picture, the jointer should be here in a month, might get a planer and dust collector, and my variable speed router is mounted on the table. It's a Craftsman Pro, it's the bosch router, with the craftsman badging.
