Filter Sock

Hey guys, well, bought a filter sock and some carbon..but where does it go??..Thanks!

a fine question... I just wedged mine into a corner with the drain running down into it.

does your have a plastic "collar"?

P.S. you will need to clean it VERY often so you should put it somewhere that you can easily get to it

this one is small..not like the "KKK hood" looking ones..lol..Its a small filter sock..full of carbon..

if it doesn't have the collar you can probably just tie it to the drain but without seeing your setup I couldnt give specific advice

On second thought... what are you using it for? Are you trying to filter the water of medicate the tank?

nah, just to clean it up a bit...not that it needs it, but im sure it always helps..

well then the answer is to tie it to the drain and clean it often

I think the overflow would be a good place, a lot of water running through it plus its easy to take out.

how would you attach it to the overflow?
