I have had a rose BTA for about 1 1/2 weeks. It was doing fine now all of a sudden it has started moving around the tank. I know thta he/she is unhappy because he/she is moving around. But, any ideas what will make it happy. I am running 2 250 MH 15k lights. Todayit was attached to the glass in the back. Could the currents be too strong? I only have the return from the wetdry and a powerhead. Thanks for the help.

I have three different BTA's (originally one) that have all gone through stages where they aren't happy looking and they start moving around alot. But they always seem to find a new spot that makes them happy. The two times they split it took several weeks for the BTA's to find the right spot. But they have found new spots and are very content "sharing" my maroon clown's. just some observations.

Actually, I think they are evil little buggers that enjoy seeing you look in and be annoyed at their "new little spot". Once they realize they can get you upset, they keep doing it :angry ANd don;t let them go into the overflow or get caught in the powerhead ... then they really have your number :angry :angry

I no longer have any in my tanks! :)

LOL...YES - e-v-i-l anemones! We've had them in the past, and to be honest - I don't miss them either :lol I think their favorite thing to do is find your most beloved coral, then zap it <_<

Its a plot, a worldwide conspiracy contrived by a critter with no brain.
