Personaly, I wouldnt do that,. There has to be a reason why the fis isnt eating, have you tried a variety of different foods? I suggest using some food soaked in garlic extreme, garlic is known to have the ability to entice stubbon eaters to feed. Id do this before Id try to force feed it for sure.

I wouldn't do it yet...puffers can go over a month without food. How long has it been?

It's been about 6-7 days now...after doing some extensive reading on WWM myself, I am under the impression that puffers are VERY susceptible to parasites. I wouldn't do the "force feeding" either...not until the fish is getting to the point where it is "do or die". Just seems too brutal, and I just don't see Poofy liking it very much. :(

Exvisor13 - you mentioned the fish isn't pooping...well, if Poofy isn't eating, he's not going to be pooping either - stands to reason.
I'd still lean towards treating for parasites...a LOT less invasive than force feeding IMHO.

yes he will not touch it ,in ef to the garlic he hates the taste

Have you tried anything else *besides* the krill? Any of those things I listed on the epsom salt thread? Did you get any Selcon?

seared sea scallops in a wasabi/ginger reduction? ;)
I would be concerned of the force feeding rodeo activity causing him to puff. and if he is already not feeling so good....?
