How good does this Garlic and Ginger remedy work for ich? Does anyone know anything about that? I'd appreciate a response.

Garlic DOES NOT cure ick, garlic opens up the fish's appetite and boosts their immune system. Only copper and hyposalinty kills ick (Im my opinion and experience). Never heard anything about ginger..
