Ok Seriously,
Got off work yesterday and made a speedy little trip down to San Antonio to visit Wolfreef. Alex helped myself and my friend order RO/DI's and gave us a great price and a very great unit. It took my all of 5 minutes to hook the unit up and great clean water was mine.
Then of course, I'm already at his store and I have to buy things. He special ordered me a gaggle, yes a gaggle, of sexy shrimp (that's 7). Now two died (one in transit one in a powerhead lol) before I got them but I picked up the five. These things are some of the funniest reef animals you can possibly buy! I also got a rock of green people eaters (really cool palythoa polyps, huge green with a purple ring), a funky colored porcelain crab, and a gorgeous Derasa clam! Everything is in my tank and looking wonderful! Alex also on this order went with a new wholesaler that has a little more expensive fish, but they're all net caught. If you haven't had a beautiful fish drop dead of cyanide poisoning yet, you really know but all these fish looked just great! No signs of ich, all were a nice plump weight, and they all were already eating. Some really beautiful wrasses. His frag tank is also going to be spectacular (especially after we get through playing with it <_<, let's just say we've got some ideas!)
On another note, I got to see Alex's home tank. Holy crap, I gave him alot of lip at the time since he hasn't been able to attend to it as much as he'd like due to his schedule, but that thing is still gorgeous! I think it shows alot about the owner's knowledge when their tank is something to look up to.
All in all I just want to tell everyone to go check out these new fish and if there's anything you'd like special ordered, Alex and Amity both are always willing to help you find it and cut you a good deal. Get down there and see his frag tank, which will soon be improved even more, or buy a Euroreef (dealer now 8) ). Check out his yuma ricordea frags, clams, and the one blue tort frag he has left especially! I cannot wait for his store to reach full potential and even earlier gratification, I cannot wait until they get back from LA with all my sweet stuff!!!!
