I was thinking about running 2 250watt DE MH pendants on my 90. I was thinking one 10K and one 20K.

Anyone see any problems with this?

Would 2 150w's in the same config work?

Should I stick with 2 10k or 2 20ks?

Have plenty of antinic so trying to get the fullest/best spectrum.

I want plenty of SPS and LPS and some softies, a RBTA, and a CLAM

Thoughts??????

On my last tank I had a lot of PCs and it did ok....but I want the perfect setup this time using MH. I am planning on really taking my time on this one and get exactly what I want before I set it up.

I posted in the General Reef.....forum because in my mind I was focusing more on the corals needs verses equipment.....but oh well, guess it was a equipment question! LOL Doesn't matter I guess as long as it gets answered! hehehe

If DEs, remember you need a glass plate (pendant) to block the UV.

Check out this spectrum. Personally I would include VHO actinic lighting in a "perfect" set-up.

I have a 90 with 2 250's and it works quite nice. Go with the 10K's.
