light help

I would greatly appreciate it if I could get some help with my pc light system from somebody who has some experience with them. The problem would take a while to explain over the internet, so if somebody has the time to call me @ 210.363.4994, that would be awesome.

A basic idea would help, ie. lights not working, one light works one doesnt. What lights do I need? Why is one blue and one is white......This might help get more help IMO
