Still playing with the aquascaping at the close end.--the jumbled part on the huge piece of Tonga Shelf rock.

Sorry the coral colors don't show. It's hard on a full shot with the MH's on.

Thanks Joshua, it's from AquaticEcosystems.com

Yes I like it, they are just so darn big. A thread on RC talked about cutting them down. If you look closely at the other end I have one lower that is cut. It really does seem to push just as much water.

Thanks!

Trying to keep the rocks lower this time for more sps growth room.

Thanks guys. Most of the corals were a little rough from the transfer, but are doing well now.

Bummer is I lost three of my favorite colonies in the old tank before the new one was set. I'm not sure really what caused it. Possibly some sub par water parameters and then a bacterial infection that spread. All seems better now though and I love the bare bottom.

wow, it looks great todd. That is going to be one hell of a tank once things grow out a bit more. I like the eductors that you are using and the starboard, it reminds me of Bomber's tank.

No sand. Trying a different method.

Several others in MAAST are already bare bottom before me.

Just want to try way that may work better for me.

Thanks Pete.

Not ebay rare, but the real deal.

You mean rare as in double the market price for them just because we tag them as rare?

TexasTodd
Fri, 24th Jun 2005, 09:10 PM
Nope Gary, that's the "ebay rare". :roll

more

Second pic is MUCH brighter in real view.

Last one is a cool white branch with pure white polyps M. Digitata I found.

Many of the corals are still coloring up from the move. Plus I changed lights, ballasts, and reflectors so I'm having to figure out where each one is happy all over again.

I guess I'm limited for photos on the thread. Not really sure what is allowed.

Green Mako is going to put some more up somehow. I'm not the best with a computer.
