All,
I just wanted to relate to ya'll a great experience I just had with a fellow reefer selling his frags out of Georgia. I contacted him through reefcentral and he responded almost immediately and offered pictures of everything that I was going to receive (if ya'll noticed the tort picture I posted in general reefkeeping it was his tank). Well today my frags came and even with the weather well into the 90's the frags arrived at a great temperature and even got here at 9am! That is a little over 14 hours in the bags from Georgia to me in Austin which I thought was very impressive. They also packaged things extremely professionally and all the corals were showing polyp extension in the bags. Each frag was double bagged with plenty of air and water, packed into a styrofoam cooler on top of packing peanuts and a layer of newspaper, covered in a layer of newspaper, and a cooling pack was sealed to the lid of the cooler. Then the whole thing was taped shut and the box sealed. These frags look spectacular and I'll try to post pictures of them in tank later but for now, just a shot of the box.
Today I received :D :
1. Mounted Cali Tort
2. Blue Humilis
3. Unknown Purple Tipped Stag
4. Lime Digita with orange/red polyps
5. Yellow Tort Austrea
6. Yellow Striata
7. Blue Tipped Stag
Can't wait to see these babies grow!
If any of ya'll are interested in contacted him, His and his wife's name are Derrick and Fonda Bray and their email is znut@g-net.net
