feeding accident

I have a small neon goby that was accidently bitten by my lion that was eating. :cry he got in the way..... he's still alive but he's missing his tail so hes having difficulty swimming around... i've taken him out should i put him out of his misery?? put him in my nano?? any quick advice would be appreciated...

That sucks, I dont think it will all grow back. I have seen fish go through things but never the whole tail gone. Sorry! :(

LOL, I had a clown once with a missing tail he did just fine.
