Scooter bleeny w/tumors or ?

Noticed this morning his bottom and tail fins have what appear to be swollen bumps on them. Cyst or ? what I am not sure, looked various places and cannot find any pic that looks the same or describes growth on the fins like this. Eating, swimming, and acting perfectly normal. Hard to tell in the pics but instead of smooth slim fins they are swollen where the arrows are pointing.
Any ideas?

It's super hard to tell as the pic is kinda fuzzy, but are the fins swollen or does it look more like growths? If they are swollen, my first guess (and this IS only a guess) would be that it got stung by something it was perching on...an anemone maybe? The reason I think that may be the case is that the swelling seems to only be on the bottom fins. Could you try taking another pic :unsure ?

i dont know if they are tumors but in the second group of pics you put up i can tell you that the first one,kinda lookin from a top view that scooter looks awfully skinny.

That is just an illusion, it eats like a pig; fat and happy for sure.
