Crime is just out of control in this day and age. It starts off innocently with things like brawls, then weapons get involved, and ultimately escalates to fish smuggling. :(

those fish are goners... by the time the red tape gets cut they will have long since expired. Unless the chief is a aquarist... in that case those guys will have thier little mug shots taken and be sentenced to life in chief's glass jail faster than you can say "free fish kickback"
