Trying to setup my tunze's on the single controllers, how long should I keep the time in between pulses? Is there an optimal time? I think its adjustable from 1-10 sec or so dealy.

This is just my opinion, You should try several different time intervals and see how the corals react to each one over the course of a couple of weeks. Theres a cerain "rhythm" to natural wave action, Id be prone to adjust the timing to mimic natural wave patterns on a calm day.. 10 seconds sounds close.

I thought 10 sec sounded a little long, or at least the way these controllers work 10sec on 10sec off seems long...

The tank definately looks better since changing and adding the extra flow. I added a SQWD to my return at about the same time, so now I've got some pretty random flow.

Go out to the ocean (or look at a video) and time from top of one swell to the top of the next. If you can get a video of that from an area where you corals come from that would be awesome. I would just try to simulate nature. I am not an expert on this, just pointing out moto. :)
