After working since noon today, the 210 is finally filled and the 75 is empty except for the sand bed and a couple of rocks.

It took a while but this was certainly worth the wait.
Those 15K XM's completely changed the look of our corals... and I thought we just had a bunch of ugly, brown corals.

Now I just need to make a couple more modifications to the canopy and it will be officially completed.
I was able to get the chiller controller back online for now so that buys me a little more time to find the right stuff.

Thanks everyone who helped make this happen. Special thanks go out to Polkster and TimM. who helped stock this tank, and Txclownin who helped transfer the contents of the 75 with us today.

Pics to follow shortly.

We were up until 3am this morning putting the last of the snails, crabs and cleaner shrimp in the tank...acclimating the new "mystery tang" - which BTW is now Queen of the whole tank (feisty little thing! :lol ), and getting the corals in the *right* spot. I just couldn't stop staring at the beauty of it all. The colors of the corals with the 15K bulbs are literally AMAZING! Even the "mystery tang's" colors are MUCH brighter - I can now tell that there is a LOT of yellow around her eyes, and now more than ever am leaning towards the Dussimieri. All the fish are SO happy with all the space they have, and are busy checking out all the new nooks, crannys and caves. They even started eating last night, which I didn't expect - I guess they really like their new crib! :D

Today, I'm going to get the 'fuge contents transferred over :roll
After that, all we'll have left is the completion of the lid and the front doors of the canopy, and tuning in the calcium reactor. AWESOME :D :D

I miised Brett today so we will have to wait for good pics.

Can't get a whole tank pic- just doesn't look right. I went ahead and took a few pics of the contents though.
I just don't understand why the camera can't catch what we see.

Wendy and I wanted to get a full pic of the tank out there. Finally took a full tank pic that isn't just absolutely awful.
Still room for a great deal of improvement though.
At least this one looks, color-wise, closer than the others.

Great job, looks awesome :D Did everything move over ok - any fatalities?

Thanks guys.

Steve-
No fatalities and not even so much as a case of ich on any of the fish. Couldn't ask for a smoother transfer.
Well, there was one fatality during all of this. When we went to Tims to pick up some items, we killed a styrofoam box and flooded his floor. Thankfully, he was a good sport about it.

Thanks everybody! I'm in awe of how much better all the corals look too - not only do the colors look SO much better with the 15k lighting, but the polyp extention (especially noticed on the SPSs) of the corals are amazing. We even had our first "baby" in the tank...one of the fuzzy green mushrooms is dividing! As far as the fish...LOL...I think if they could speak, they would definitely be saying "Thank you". The last week and a half that the fish were in the 75G, the Regal had taken to hiding a lot - now in the 210G she is always out front - swimming, playing and eating. I'm so happy with this tank! :D

Thanks for the compliment and the thought Don.

Doesn't seem like very long ago now that it's set up. Seemed like forever when that monster was sitting in our bedroom floor, empty and in the way.
