ca. reactor set up

I need help setting up a Tunze ca. reactor, is a "compact" ca reactor, and the instructions states, it will be sumerge in the sump/tank, but I just dont get it, any body has one of this, and can help me setting it up?
I got the co2 tank, bubble counter,and other goodies
