I am being logged out if I sitt idle for a few minutes. I am also not being logged in when I pull up the site even though I have the "remember my password" box checked. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Mike

Which browser (and version number) are you using? Are you using a PC, Mac, WebTV, et cetera to access the Internet? Is this at work or at home? If at home, is there any other equipment like a router or switch that you are also using?

Hey Mike,

This can randomly occur for various reasons. If you were using AOL as your ISP, this would be the most likely reason. Security settings on your browser may be set too high, or the cookie used by the MAAST website has become corrupted. Let's start by narrowing down possible problems, can you list your ISP and the information Polkster13 asked?

I have been having this same problem lately as well. Maybe I need to delete the cookie and start over. I have RR cable, Firefox (latest ver) and I use a router. This has only been happening in the past week or so. Any similarities Mike?

In all likely-hood, it would be my guess that this is a cookies issue. No changes have taken place on the site code-wise within the last 2 or 3 months. A few things have changed graphically, but it would not effect you being logged in or not.

It seems to come in spurts, and at random times that people will run into this issue. Unfortunately it's one of the perils of working on the web, and using free software.

Clearing your cookies from your browsers cache often works well to resolve the issue.

I run into this issue from work only, so here's what fixed it for me
Delete your cookies
Delete temporary internet files
Lower the # of days you keep a pages in history
Raise your security level (on the privacy tab of IE) to medium or medium high (if you're on a network, you may be limited on some of this)

This worked for me...good luck :)
