You also need to feed clams and such to keep the beak filed down.

Krill is one of the most nutitional food around, but I'm sure its not perfect... dont forget that there are many vitamin and garlic suppliments out there that you can simply soak your krill in

When I used to stand watch all through the night topside my sub in Pearl Harbor I used to watch the puffers (which looked like pale human heads swimming through the water) and they would go to town munching on EVERYTHING attached to the pier support beams. Seems like those guys eat anything they could scrape off of stuff. I have a feeling it eats better with you caring for it than it would out in the wild. It probably has lived longer than the puffers out in Pearl Harbor too, sharks all over the place there, hammer heads and blacktips would swim around at night too.
