carlinsa, please check this thread (http://www.maast.org/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=10111), in particular the part about the Attachment Control Panel. You may have exceeded the file size limit of 512 kb for Web Members.

Cant really help ya on that one, I've always linked to pics I've hosted somewhere else. I do know that there is a size limit, so you could try to scale the pics down to 640x480 or possibly smaller.
