My sarcophytons tentacles seem to be collapsing. In groups they just fall down and slowly go in. Is this the first sign to if it will totally collapse? If not, whats happening?

Oh yeah, pH is at 7.8-8.0, nitrates are at 5, temperature is fine and I haven't checked the ammonia or nitrites yet. I just did a water change so the nitrates are proubably lower than that.

It could be it is just shedding. Does it have a shiny coating on it?
