Local electrician for lights?

Anyone work on lights or know someone who does? Something is wrong with mine and I dont want to mess with it.

Really? I'm in SA. I dual 175 mh over a 90g, I just got a 180 and would like to take the MHs out of the 48" case so I can use them on the 82" 180. I can do this right?

One of the MHs doesnt light up all the way, I changed the bulb to no avail.
