Learned a couple of big words tonight. I kept telling myself I'd identify these little tube worms eventually. I only notice this one actually moving tonight. They spit out a quite long (sometimes 8") thread or web of mucous. Couple of short tentacles out to the upper left and a "mouth" in between. Also called "worm shells" or vermetid worms.
