Xtina, hope this helps a bit.. The Christmas wrasse female has a more spotted and shorter head. It lacks the "V" on the snout. The caudal fin of adult male flasher wrasses emarginates. Leopard wrasse females have whitish to greenish irregular black spots; males have orange-red with green and yellow spots (edged in blue and black per scale). Five-line wrasse males display brilliant colors. Red lines turning purple and often the abdomen bright yellow. Two uneven red stripes on the dorsal half of body, 1 from below the dorsal fin origin onto the upper caudal lobe, the other 1 above the pectoral fin base to the caudal peduncle. The pectoral fins have a green base.
Hope this helps!! :)
