I ordered a dual 400W ballast from PA late last year. I got it in and never really used it. When we were looking at the lighting in my system, we noticed that they had mistakenly sent me a dual 250W ballast instead of the 400W. I contacted them about it, and even though it has been five months since I bought it, they owned up to it and sent me the proper ballast today without any argument at all and are paying the return shipping on the 250W ballast. That is some good service.

I must say tho Blake if you didn't use the Ballast for 5-6 months it seems like you never needed it :D .

I actually thought I would need it, but then I ended up not needing it. It was all very confusing. When I get my new system going, they will definately get quite a bit of that order.

Got my Pan World pump & protein skimmer from this on this 180 Brick setup...they covered the shipping (they offered!) costs cause I was from MAAST. Got it quickly also. Good experiences for me also... :)
