Well I added some more rock today that had been curing for the last couple of weeks in a tub and picked up the zebra moray eel today and got him added to the tank. He is probably the coolest looking critter I have added so far and is getting along well with the two lions and CBB. The green hair algae growth has almost stopped and is slowly starting to go away though the glass on each side I still havent cleaned. It has only been running for 3 weeks I think but of course most of the rock etc etc was from my previous tank so the cycle was small and short lived. Anyways here is a picture from today:

I got this tank set-up and running and had to add my rock and livestock that was sitting in my sump. The sand bed is new but most of the rock I have had in a tank for the last 4-5yrs. The sump also has a fuge that has been running for about a year so combination of the fuge/LR when I set the tank up ammonia spike was very tiny, peaked the third day, and went back to 0 on the 5th day so the new tank cycle was short lived. I have changed tanks twice now and the last tank I did on the same time cycle as this one with livestock etc and everything worked great so am hoping that everything will work out ok. The large lion was the first fish in the tank and the others went in one at a time one week apart and I added 3-5lbs cured LR from LFS tanks with each fish added.

Looks really nice! :D

I know you posted this awhile back when you were building this tank, but what was the material you used to coat the inside? I was wanting to use something like it on the inside of the canopy that Chris built. It's white, right?

yep its white and its two part epoxy coating for potable water tanks. I think a cheaper and easy to find epoxy is the swimming pool epoxy coating they sell at home depot and lowes. Some have used the swimming pool epoxy for their tanks with no problems but I wanted to be safe and use the potable water tank coating for the inside of the tank. I am coating the new canopy with what I had left over and it should water-proof the heck out of the canopy!

Appreciate the heads up on the epoxy. We were trying to decide how to handle the canopy interior.
Due to the multiple plumbing trips which will be required tomorrow due to the sump arrival, I will just grab that while I'm there.
Thanks.
