I just ordered a new auto shutoff valve for one of my RO units from them. It worked about a day and now I get water running all the time again.
I sent them a message throught their website like they requested last week with no response. Another was sent this morning so I'll see what happens then try to call, maybe actuall contact would help more.

Not very happy at the moment with quality of product or service.

Maybe they will turn around and fix this problem and if so I will repost.

Cliff, which unit did you get? I have there unit & it has been awesome. I hope there customer service has not fallen off, they have always been good. I always call when I have something like this going. There is no way I could be that patient.

Call them... They seem to sell through the web pretty good, but no customer service. if you actually talk to them they take care of you very well, and explain what might have happened.

Did you get the air bladder too? It helps create back pressure and turn off the solenoid. Sometimes the solenoids don't work on their own.

Actually the unit is from someone else, I just went through them for the replacement part. This is one that I bought for my in-laws. The bladder is fine and so is the air pressure inside according to the pressure that the tank says it should have. The part did work for about a day then stopped again. I even tried just shutting the valve off to the tank and it still just continued to run. This would be the same principle as using one with a float valve so I'm pretty sure I just got a bad auto shutoff.

While I was filling this out an email came from them that they appoligized and sent another out. Also asked some questions to make sure not future problems. Got a second email that the item has been shipped.

Maybe the last message just got lost in the shuffle, or maybe they checkout MAAST. 8)
