I have been reading way too many posts on salt so here is another. :wacko Why don't we have just a simple poll on which salt you use and have had the best success with? After we get a bunch of post than tally them up and see which salt brand wins. Don’t explain why you use it just gives us the brand of salt or the mixture of them.

Example: Instant Ocean or mix Instant Ocean and Oceanic.

oceanic 10
instant ocean 2
table salt 1 :huh

Using Oceanic, only salt I have ever really used, moving to Tropic Marin Reef Pro, but can not say it's great as it's not in the glass yet. :)

I haven't used it, but I heard Red Sea is pretty good. Does anyone have experience using it?

Also, since most people use Oceanic, where's the best place to get a good deal on a 200gal bucket in Austin? Is anyone planning a group order soon?

Oceanic mostly in the past, Recently started doing 50/50 Oceanic/Instant Ocean. So i hear it cuts down on nuissance algae blooms. We'll see...
