I'm not sure, but I think that they may be examples of the elusive Cherynobel Percula Clownfish (Amphiprion percula atomicus). They typically live underneath large mushrooms, and have been known to glow in the dark.

You can, but they have to be the same size...even so, there is the risk of them eating eachother, so if you keep them well fed, there shouldnt be a problem. Being of the same species, you can get them to mate and try to raise the fry..
