I would like to try these guys out. Anyone interested in making an order with them toward the end of the month? One thing though. I know I wont be able to get off work to recieve the order since I am extremly busy with all this hail. If we cant get a Saterday delivery I will buy a frag for the person who volunteers to recieve the order.

He ships by express truck from Houston, not by air. You may have to pick it up at the trucking company.

He ships to your door. And not only are his prices good but the quality of the frags is very high. I received the Frags and Crabs package plus a few things. They were left at my door at 8 am the day after shipping. I was impressed to say the least. It gave me the whole day to acclimate my new stuff and other than losing a mushroom...everything is still happy and healthy. Shipping costs $20.00 but is well worth it for that kind of service. I would highly recommend Frags and Crabs o anyone who is interested.

Mike, I'd be happy to receive the order as long as it comes to the door (car still inop), but I would be afraid to float bags in any of our tanks or sump right now due to the velvet problem we are having. I could keep the stuff temp. regulated w/o floating, but definitely wouldn't want to float bags. LMK. I may possibly want to order something too...would let you know for sure closer to order time.

Just to verify.....we use Lonestar Overnight. so they will ship right to your door. For a group order we will bag up everyones order individually and send it all together to make shipping costs as low as possible.....also, depending on the size of the order we may be able to subsidize a portion of the shipping costs.
By the way....we sent in our info yesterday to become a sponsor of MAAST!

Also, if there's anything your looking for that we don't have listed on our website (www.fragsncrabs.com) just let us know and we will do our best to get it in for you....This includes critters, frags, or even full sized coras. Just send us an email (service@fragsncrabs.com) or a PM and we can let you know if we can get it and how much it would cost. We also have a mailing list where we send out information about all our new shipments...if you would like to join it just send us an email with the subject "Mailing List". We won't give out your address to anyone else...we promise.

Wendy,
We'll reserve it for you. We'll take the picture off of our site if we run out of something. So far we have orders in from Wendy, Jennifer, and Loren. Once all the orders come in we'll send out Paypal payment request to each person individually so you don't have to mess with making on big payment.
If you are planning on receiving the order on the 28th, we should have even more stuff available by then. If sales go well next week we'll probably get a new shipment in on Monday, the 25th. We will keep you posted.

Ok, we ended up with 6 people on the group order (Loren, Wendy, Josh, Chiu, Danny, Mike)
If we do next day end of business day shipping (which still usually arrives in the morning) shipping would be considerable less.....probably around $40-45 as opposed to $70-80 for next day 10:30 am delivery. (Like we said, the package will usually arrive in the morning either way....but obviously with the end of business day option Lone Star has the right to deliver around 6:00 pm is they so choose.
Let us know which way you want to go. We will take on some of the shipping costs, and pro-rate the rest to each of you individually based on the size of your order. We will then send out individual payment requests to each of you, and we will send the package off tomorrow evening.
Thanks!

If you did not send us your order via email, can you please send your email address to us at service@fragsncrabs.com ?

Thanks for putting together the order!
The only thing that did not make it in my order were my cerith snails. Everything else is doing fine.
My only question for fragncrabs is the salinity. When I measured the salinity, it was 1.029. Wendy mentioned that she measured 1.031 in the shipping water. Is there a reason the salinity is so high? It took me a while to acclimate them down to my water.

OK... I lied, the cerith snails did make it. I thought they were goners, so just threw the shells in to the tank, so the hermies could use them, but to my surprise, they came out and moved around a couple of days later.
However, my fancy acro definately did not make it.
Wendy: Did your fancy acro make it?
FragNCrabs: Thanks for the offer to replace the cerith snails, but as I said before, I was mistaken.
Overall, everything else is doing great. I especially liked the way Mushroom#15 looks in person

Wendy: Did your fancy acro make it?
Well, it's not RTN'ing but there's no polyp extension. I was careful to keep the eggcrate over the tank for about 7/8ths of the day for the first couple of days to make sure it wouldn't fry under the MHs. Anyway, jury is still out on that one...I'll keep you posted. What happened to your frag of fancy acro, and are you sure it's a gonner?
Porites still looking good, although I'm keeping it towards the sandbed. Pink birdsnest frag still looking good, and polyp extention is improving...BTW the size of these frags are impressive. :)
I especially liked the way Mushroom#15 looks in person
