Use the old fashioned method. Wrap a rubberband around a "Feeding" rock and put the Nori or whatever under the rubberband. Then place the rock on top of your rockwork. You can even tie some fishing line to the rock to retrieve it so you don't have to get your arm wet.
Cost: Less than a dollar.
Knowing where to come for answers: Priceless.

I like the Julian Sprung sea veggie clips...$1.99 at Marine Depot (online). VERY strong clip and suction cup.

I have those too. The only problem is that the middle section likes to slip out when you are placing the food in, but other than that, they work great!!! I have monsters when it comes to feeding too - 6 to be exact, and they all want to eat at the same time. Puts quite a bit of pressure on the poor clip.

I just cram some nori under my cleaning magnet itself... seems to work pretty well. Just have to clean it off every once in a while.

Or cable tie 2 clips together and clip one on letting the other float with the nori.
