Sequence Pumps

Well, everyone has been talking about how quiet their pumps are, but the Sting Ray that i have is TERRIBLY noisy. I called Sequence today and talked to the guy there for a while. As it turns out by the serial number, they put the wrong motor in there to start with!!!!! He shipped me out a replacement motor no charge and no questions asked. Great bunch of folks. You can bet I wil recommend them to everyone and keep them at the store ;)

i'm glad you found that out cause i have the same pump. i tried mine the other day with some fresh water to see if i have any leaks. that pump puts out ungodly amounts of water. it's a good thing i have two fuges and a big skimmer that will take some of the flow.

was it just the stingray or should other seq owners call them to check?
