Would everyone that has not already done so, and is interested, please vote on the workshop poll on the main page. We really appreciate your feedback.
The education committee needs your help to design programs that you are interested in, not just what we think you might be interested in. If you are interested in more than one workshop you can vote more than once.
Thanks in advance for your participation.

GaryP,
You said to take the poll on workshops and you said we could vote more than once. I tried, but after the first post, it says I am not authorized to perform this function. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks

I'm sorry, the software may not let you. I thought it would. Chris may be able to flip a switch to allow for multiple votes.

You can vote once per day, the trick is remembering what you already voted for :unsure

Okay, that will be a pain. But it can be done. I will just vote for a couple of my top choices.

Huh? What does "There's a main page." mean? How does that help me vote on a poll?

It just means that many of us have the forums page bookmarked and never go to the main page.
Just a discussion that came about a long time ago and was intended as sarcasm (a joke).
The original post should have been
"There's a main paige?"
Did not mean to offend anyone.

you should be able to set the poll to allow more than one answer... but that kinda defeats the purpose. It's a tough choice but the purpose of the poll is probably to find out what each members one top answer would be.
go acrylic go!!!

The purpose is to determine if people are interested in attending such a workshop. If they are interested in more than one that's cool. There isn't a quota system here. :)

Well I tried to vote again this morning and it said I had already voted today. So it must be on a 24 hour counter, not by day. I will have to wait until this afternoon to vote again or wait two days between votes. Oh well, patience is a virtue; or least that is what they keep telling me.

From some of the recent posts it seems like we should have another topic, for a general meeting. Maybe water/waste treatment & the nitrogen cycle the aquarium.
