How do you get such closeups? I try and try, but my really close up shots come out blurry...even with the flower button pushed.

that camera takes HORRIBLE pics...i would recomend u come to my house and give it to me..in return i'll give u this AWESOME high-tech disposable one i found in my closet, PLUS it is water proof, so it would be an even trade if u ask me... :skeezy ......nice pics, i want to save up some money for a good camera, but always end up spending it on something else...

Now I really want to get a macro lense for my camera!

I can't help be curious how much benefit can be had from a macro lens.... after using Hammer's Nikon Coolpix 4500, the old swiveling type that takes AWESOME macros out of the box, I've been fairly dissapointed in the macro department on any other camera i've touched. Makes me wonder if a macro lense would help a regular point & shoot meet or exceed that of the nikon.
