I know there has been alot of mixed feelings on this place but I have to give credit to Tamer and his crew. When my Nano Cube cracked after having it for a couple of weeks he took it back and gave me a new one with no questions asked. I told him about the problems I think I'm having with my ballast and once again he ordered me another one no questions asked. He also said if thats not the problem he will switch out the bulbs. This place has really helped me out the last couple of weeks and giving me 100% of there time when I come in. Thanks alot Tamer for all your help. Brad

Yeah, those guys will go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with whatever product you buy from them.

Agreed, great folks! Lots of Tamer's ideas are built into my system. He spent a great deal of time with me early on when I was clueless! Also gave me a great deal on a big LR order, and their coral prices are still darn good! :D

Everyone has their favorite LFS, but I try to keep my eye on them all.

My typical Saturday outing is Fin-Addicts, then Aquatic Warehouse, then TX Tropicals, and finally Alamo Aquatics on my way home. They all are great businesses, each with their own unique style!

What is their pricing on LR these days? We haven't been there for awhile, but we are going to need some fairly soon since the refurb job on the 210G is getting close to being done. Chris figures we'll need at *least* 100lbs., maybe even more.
Thanks - :D

i dunno. i've been there twice and both times i have received not even a hello from any of the employees. and second time, i was the only one in the store and some guy was at the front and didn't even bother to say hi and i know he saw me. both times i just left. i was so upset with their customer service. i don't think i'm ever going back.

Its a really good store over all. We never got any complains when I used to work there, i know everybody there personally and they wouldnt give a customer the cold shoulder, they are good people..maybe they were having a bad day, believe me..it happens, Sometimes people expect you to be happy all the time, even though its a hobby type of a job, its a job non the less...

My wife and i went in there Sunday and we were the only customers there. One guy working, and he was up front talking to one of his buddies. He did come back and tell us that if we needed any help to let him know. we told him what we wanted and he was on it. There have been times that there was only one person working and 10 customers. So, you just have to bear with it. It is worth the wait because they do have some nice prices for some really nice peices. JME.
