Although I didnt buy much I still wanted to thank Richard for his advise on the sump/pump situation I've found myself in.
The store looks great! thanks for the advise and I'll definately be back soon for the pump. I'm talking to dan about the sump and our schedules don't seem to match up well so it might be a couple of weeks but it will get done!

I will talk to dan tonight, I know I won't do anything to disrupt the tank for at least a week. It's probably wise to wait at least 3 or 4 weeks before changing the sump. I'm hoping to have the stand and canopy finished by then so I'd say I'll need the pump, sump and whatever I'm going to do for a skimmer in approx. a month
nice meeting you too,
P.S. I did see that you have a great big area for advertising that you arent using... The back of the light bulb stand would be a great place for products poster, advertisements, etc...
just an idea!

Everthing is soon to be rearranged. If your talking about the one at the front window...can't do too much or I'll get fined by the Bulverde sign police (That's not a joke).

Aren't small towns wonderful? A window sign citation would probably make the front page of the newspaper. It would be right below the article about a cow getting loose on the road. On the bright side, they say there is no such thing as bad publicity. Look at all the exposure the shop would get.

Hilarious is more like it. In the face of light speed growth the city managers have decided the big issue should be sign management :roll .

They don't seem to have a problem with billboards on 281. I thought the only thing they were worried about was keeping Home Depot out. Of course the hardware store across the street might have a say in that as well.
