Greg (360reef)!!!!

Got dual MH 250 retrofits from Greg. I had a problem with one of the ballast's not working. Greg went out of his way to get me another ASAP! They were out of stock, so he had to find one through another dealer, which luckily for me, he did! Got the new one in, hooked up already, and looks WONDERFUL!!!

Overall, a GREAT transaction! Greg is DEFINITELY concerned that his customers are taken care of, and it is well appreciated! It says so much when someone actually takes care of their customer and is not worried about only taking their money! Thanks for all your help Greg!

i had a similar experience with greg. got 2 250's, one ballast was bad, he went in to work early the next day, so that he could get off early, and drive down to san marcos to deliver it. i think they call that "service after the sale", a rare thing indeed.

I have been highly pleased with all of the transactions I have done with Greg as well.

Though I never had any problems with my equipment, I knew that if I did he would have taken care of me.
Definately one of our best vendors/wholesalers.

I cant find anyone better to deal with!!!!!! He hooked me up on the 4 250DE pendants I am currently running. I can't be happier with the color & the electrical savings I have achieved.

Yeah...I have heard nothing but great things about Greg, I will be getting some T-5...um I mean alot of T-5's for my 240g sometime in the near future and he will be the first one that I call.

I wanted to add my experience with Greg (360Reef). I recently bought two metal halide 250W DE pendants from Greg. In the beginning I wasn't sure if I wanted Halide of T5's. I asked Greg to come look at my setup and give me advice and he did- for free. He came over, looked at my tank and canopy and everything, talked to me about my wants/needs and helped me make a decision. I felt very comfortable after he helped me figure out what I should get. The lights came in about a week or so later, I went and got them from Greg's house and he patiently explained how they worked, how to hook them up, tips with hanging them, everything I might want to know. The lights have been up for a week and I love the tank more every time I look at it. Overall GREAT experience. We are lucky to have someone like Greg in the club to help with such a purchase for those of us who are buying our first set of higher end lighting. I plan to go back to Greg for any and all lighting needs I may have in the future and telling everyone I know to do the same if they need lights. Besides all this, the prices were very reasonable too. Next time you're thinking about upgrading your lights, make sure you definitely talk to Greg before you buy anything.
