I bought a 12gal Nano cube about 5 days ago that was already set up in the store. He said it had been set up for about a week and a half and he already had some pom-poms and polyps in there. I just tested the water and this is what I got.
specific gravity- 1.023
Ammonia - .50
nitrite- .50
nitrate- 80
PH- 8.0
Is this normal for a new tank? What should I do?
