Best Test Kit

What is the best test kit for marine aquariums? I know you get what you pay for and its time to replace the Aquarium Pharmaceuticals kit I am currently using. I want as accurate and complete kit I can get, I would like to hear the MAAST favorites.

On the topic, what are the "dip-in" test strips like? I have all the ones that you get to play scientist with, but the convenience is pretty tempting ----- just not sure if they are accurate.
