Richard and Mark as you all know are redoing some tanks In the interim, they had two spare 250 watt halide fixtures they have lent me to cover the gap in my SPS lighting since my 175 went down.

Thanks guys, I am a dedicated fan.

Definitely some good guys. If some of you haven't had an opportunity to visit their shop its a good place to visit. They carry some dry goods that aren't available at any other LFS in the Austin/SA area. Their expertise definitely sets them apart from all but a few LFS in the area. Its nice to do business with folks that are haobbyists as well as LFS owners.

I love to make a day trip up there and stop and grab lunch at the Antlers which is right across the freeway. Great burgers. I'm sure they have other things that are good. One of these days I'll get around to ordering something else. :)

If you are planning to make a trip, might want to give them a little time, they torn down over half their marine setup (including all their coral tanks) this week, they are replacing them with 180's so they can carry more. SOme of the supplies they carry that Gary is talking about is the line of Salifert Test Kits, they have also have Remora's, Remora Pro's, and Urchins in stock, as well as some inexpensive T-5 fixtures.

Gary,

Antlers is Ok sometimes. I have had my issues with them. For a "Much" better burger, take 46 towards New Braunfels, and stop at Texas 46. They will be on the left side of the road. Great Burgers, Homemade Onion rings and Fried Mushrooms. Stop by, have a burger and a beer, and some evenings they might have a band.

Sad days, I mourn the passing of Mouse's BBQ... ending of an era.
