Yeah, that is where I got the idea from. I was just looking for someone who is doing it to see how good it works and to see if they can get me something to start with.

I know Larry (Instar) grows his own and he has gotten a few other folks started with starter cultures. Its not really rocket science. Here's another good DIY link for a home culturing system.

I have a whole setup and all the things to start. I plan to grow it in the next week or 2.

Sweet. Can you give me more details? What all did you buy for your setup and what do you plan to do?

I bought it from Florida aqua farms. THey basically tell you how to do it step by step. I did get the culture setup from Josh, he was selling one he made. Check it out, it was in the for sale forum.

Found it. Looks pretty elaborate in comparison to what I was planning. Do you think this could be put in the garage, or does it need to be temperature controlled?
